At MiniJwl, we take pride in the quality of our jewelry and the craftsmanship that goes into each piece. For this reason, all sales are final and we do not offer returns or exchanges for reasons of personal preference, size, or change of mind.

We only accept claims in the rare case of a manufacturing defect.

How it works:

  • If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at connect@minijwl.com  including your order number and clear photos of the defect.

  • Our team will review your claim within 2–3 business days.

  • If approved, you will receive instructions for the return of the item and a replacement (subject to availability) or a full refund to your original payment method.

Important Notes:

  • Claims must be made within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • Items must be unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

  • Refunds are not available for items purchased during promotions, sales, or with discount codes.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.

    MiniJwl does not offer a “14-day Money Back Guarantee”. Refunds are issued only in cases of verified manufacturing defects.
