At MiniJwl, we maintain a strict no-return and no-exchange policy.
➡️ Returns or exchanges are only accepted in the case of manufacturing defects or damaged items upon delivery. No other reasons will be accepted.
🛠 Damaged or Defective Goods

If your item arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery at connect@minijwl.com.

Your claim must include your order number and clear photos of the product.

Once reviewed and approved, we will issue a replacement or refund.

Processing time for approved claims is 5–7 business days.

If authorization is refused, MiniJwl is not responsible for delays or cancellations.

Orders are processed the next business day after placement.

Example: Orders placed on Friday–Sunday are processed on Monday.
