Return & Refund Policy

At MiniJwl, we maintain a strict no-return and no-exchange policy.
➡️ Returns or exchanges are only accepted in the case of manufacturing defects or damaged items upon delivery. No other reasons will be accepted.

🛠 Damaged or Defective Goods

  • If your item arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery at connect@minijwl.com.

  • Your claim must include your order number and clear photos of the product.

  • Once reviewed and approved, we will issue a replacement or refund.

  • Processing time for approved claims is 5–7 business days.

💳 Payments

We accept payments through:

  • ShopPay, PayPal, AfterPay

  • Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover

Note: MiniJwl is not responsible for third-party payment processors’ technologies or practices.


✅ Order Acceptance

  • All payments must be authorized by your card issuer before your order is accepted.

  • Payment is charged before dispatch.

  • If authorization is refused, MiniJwl is not responsible for delays or cancellations.

  • We do not accept checks or money orders.

📦 Order Processing

  • Orders are processed the next business day after placement.

  • Example: Orders placed on Friday–Sunday are processed on Monday.

  • Processing hours: Monday–Friday, 9 AM–5 PM EST (excluding U.S. Federal holidays).

📌 Product Availability

  • Availability of products is not guaranteed.

  • If an item is unavailable, we will notify you and offer a substitute or full refund.
