Shipping Policy

Do you ship worldwide & how much does shipping cost?
Yes – we ship worldwide. We offer free international shipping with tracking on all orders. There are no additional shipping costs or sales tax.

What are your shipping and processing times?

  • Processing time: 1–3 business days.

  • Standard shipping times:

    • USA & Canada: 6–14 business days

    • Europe: 8–14 business days

    • Oceania: 8–14 business days

    • Other regions: may vary depending on local couriers

Where can I find my tracking number?
Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number.
If you don’t receive one, or if the tracking number doesn’t work, please contact us at connect@minijwl.com and we’ll assist you.

Unexpected delays
In some cases, delivery may take longer than the standard times stated here due to customs or courier delays. If your package is taking longer than expected, please contact us and we’ll help resolve the issue.

Return & Exchange Policy

At MiniJwl, all sales are final. For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges.

We only accept returns in the rare case of a manufacturing defect:

  • If your jewelry arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at connect@minijwl.com  with your order number and clear photos of the issue.

  • Once reviewed and approved, we will arrange either a replacement (subject to stock availability) or a refund to your original payment method.

  • Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

Returns or exchanges are not permitted for reasons of personal preference, wrong size, or change of mind. They are only accepted in cases of proven manufacturing defects.
